Can I request a quote before I know all the details?
Yes. Describe what you are looking for and share the information you have. Dimensions, quantities and finishes can be clarified before a final proposal.
Can I upload a photo or drawing?
Yes. The form accepts images and PDFs within the displayed formats and size limits. You can also include a link. Only share material you have the right to provide, and leave out unnecessary personal documents.
Can colours, sizes or patterns be personalised?
You can request a custom detail. Feasibility depends on the object and production process and needs to be checked before ordering. A reference image does not guarantee an identical reproduction.
Can I enquire from outside Italy?
Yes, in English or Italian. Include the destination country so delivery feasibility, transport and any applicable charges can be clarified in the proposal.
