From Italy and abroad: what to tell us about delivery.

You can send an enquiry from any country. Delivery feasibility, cost and timing are assessed for the product and destination requested, and set out in writing in the proposal.

Details that help

Country, city and postal code help establish the delivery requirements. For a table or a large object, mention stairs, lifts, restricted access and whether you need delivery beyond street level. Do not include identity documents or unnecessary personal information in the form.

What the proposal clarifies

Production and transport are separate stages. The proposal distinguishes the cost of the items from custom work, packing and shipping, and specifies which taxes or import charges are included or excluded. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee that every item can be delivered to every country.

Packing and receiving the order

Packing arrangements, any transport cover, the process for reporting damage and delivery instructions are set out in the terms of the individual order. If you have an important deadline, include it in the enquiry.

Frequently asked questions

Can I enquire from outside Italy?

Yes, in English or Italian. Include the destination country so delivery feasibility, transport and any applicable charges can be clarified in the proposal.

What are the production and delivery times?

They need to be assessed for each project. Include your preferred date and tell us if it is essential. Production and shipping times must be confirmed before ordering.
